2022
Dominic Belcher was awarded the NODA London district winner for "Best Male Character in a Musical" for his role as The Scarecrow in our 2022 production of The Wizard of Oz.
2019
MMCS are NODA's Flame Award Winners for 2019.
Tom Harris was the district winner of the NODA Harvey Kesselman Comedy Award for his role as Willard Hewitt in Footloose, our collaboration with Stage One Youth.
MMCS and Stage One Youth were the district winners of The Kathleen Oyler Award for Chorus Work in our collaboration of Footloose.
2018
Niven Willet was the district winner of the NODA Ken Wirdnam Award for Best Male in a Musical for his part as Leo Bloom in The Producers.
2017
Stephanie Fraser was the district winner of the NODA Molly Harle Award for Best Female in a Musical for her part as Calamity Jane in Calamity Jane.
2014
Neil Matthews was nominated for the lifetime achievement award and although he wasn’t the overall winner, it was wonderful to see him pick up his certificate from the NODA President.
MMCS won the NODA Flame Award for ‘A Christmas Carol’. This award is given to a society or individual for “inspirational contribution to the pursuit of excellence in theatre”. The director, John Timewell and a few of the cast enjoyed the day picking up the award.
2009
Sally Sharp was the district winner of the NODA Award for best Female in a Musical for her part as Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly.
2008
MMCS were the district winners of The Kathleen Oyler Award for Chorus Work for La Cage Aux Folles.
2007
MMCS were the district winners of The Kathleen Oyler Award for District 14 for Chorus Work for 42nd Street.
