October 2023
We had an excellent spooky morning racing around Maidenhead completely our Halloween Car Scavenger Hunt! It took us to many different spots of Maidenhead and gave the whole family an opportunity to have fun. We were kindly sponsored by Oakwood Estates who provided a super halloween hamper for our winners!
December 2022
Our festive fun evening was a great success, with lots of laughter, festive spirit and a Christmas sing song.
October and November 2021
Over a few weeks we had the opportunity to hold some workshop evenings, which were very well attended and an absolutely brilliant way to socialise and get the old voice boxes and feet moving again.
We held a Les Miserable, Mary Poppins and a Mamma Mia themed evening.
A huge thanks has to go to Neil Matthews and Lucinda Belcher for running such enjoyable evenings.

December 2020
For Christmas 2020, MMCS (Maidenhead Musical Comedy Society) offers this stunningly beautiful new arrangement for choir and string orchestra of 'Silent Night' by Dan Forrester. Recorded during the UK's 2nd Lockdown, by MMCS and Friends, at home.
With grateful thanks to all our performers, guided by our immensely talented MD, Neil Matthews, and put together by the magical Tony Bridge (after many hours of editing!).
We hope it brings you a little joy during these dark times and that it is not long before our am-dram family can gather together again.

This is our lockdown dedication to Rogers & Hammerstein - with a medley of Climb Every Mountain and You'll Never Walk Alone.
The idea came from our amazing resident Musical Director, Neil Matthews, who also rehearsed, conducted and performed with us. Not only familiar MMCS faces got involved but we were delighted to welcome our friends from other Maidenhead societies and choirs as well.
Our soloist is Gemma Higley, our Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, which we hope will be performed next year so you can hear her beautiful voice once more.
We are also some honoured to be able to perform with many of our regular orchestra stars (many recording multiple instruments) and what a beautiful sound they make!
Finally hours of editing by Tony Bridge, our sound engineer, created the final piece of magic.
We hope it lifts your spirits as much as it did ours making it!
